Cognitive Technologies was founded in 1987 by Dr. Karen McGraw to improve the success of technology projects
by focusing on the intersection of people and technology. Today, Cognitive Technologies is a small, woman-owned
consulting firm specializing in project management, collaborative processes, and organizational effectiveness.
Our mission is to solve business problems and improve the performance of business units

Partner of the Year. Our staff holds certifications including PMP,
Orange Belt, MCTS, MCITP,
Performance DNA analysis, and as facilitators of ASTD’s Human Performance Improvement certification
program. In addition, we are certified by Microsoft to deliver Information Worker Solutions and to
provide Software Assurance (SA) benefits in the following areas to help organizations plan effective
SharePoint® and Information Worker solution deployments:
