Cognitive Technologies has been selected by the State of Maryland as a preferred supplier of IT Support Services. Cognitive Technologies is a Master Contractor for the following functional areas:
- IT Management Consulting Services – including IT enterprise architecture, systems review for architectural consistency, strategic planning assistance, project management services, Master Contractor assessments and risk assessment analysis.
- Business Process Consulting Services – including streamlining business processes and the development, implementation and support of process improvements to eliminate redundancy, increase productivity and reduce cost.
- Documentation/Technical Writing – including developing and/or maintaining system documentation; user manuals; computer operations and program maintenance manuals; plans for training, testing, quality assurance, and contingency operations; and backup, recovery and restart procedures. Also includes technical writing for proposals, presentations, standard operating procedures (SOP), policies and procedures.
The contract allows agencies within the state of Maryland to use Cognitive Technologies to meet their consulting and technical service needs.
