Risk and Issues Management

Our Risk Management process is based on the PMI PMBOK® Guide and augmented by over 20 years of experience and best practice. It is a five-phase lifecycle process that enables us to identify risks early, assess them fully, and prevent or control consequences. In addition, with our Risk Evaluation Matrix™ we can accurately identify risk exposure, allowing for the appropriate risk mitigation plan to be developed quickly.
